The client is a Film Producer, based between London and LA, who wanted to redesign the upper floor and terrace area of his Penthouse flat, in a 1960’s purpose-built block in Paddington.

From a covered area on the rooftop terrace housing bins and storage, Caroline transformed the space into an indoor/outdoor terrace area; modern conservatory, guest bedroom and reading room, housing a sofa bed, sink, a mini bar fridge and sliding doors.

Caroline also did the garden design - planting out of the terrace and created a French style built in bbq.
