For this project Caroline worked alongside an architect to gut and modernise the kitchen area. The outcome was, a large six bedroom Victorian family house with a garden that opens out directly onto the Heath. Original features were retained and lost cornicing was repaired and replaced where necessary.

A basement floor was built to contain a concealed maintenance room, a laundry room, wine cellar and general storage area.

This was a returning client for Caroline Cobbold.
