The client had lived in this penthouse apartment since 1992 and it needed updating. Structurally it remained them same, however Caroline added a new bathroom, new smart heating throughout, new roof terrace, new lighting, updated the kitchen, as well as sanded and re-stained the floor.

Caroline worked closely with the client, whose Indian heritage was important to convey. She created a bright modern feel with plenty of light, full of decorative finishes like lacquered walls, hand stencilled concrete floors and interesting fabrics.
