An Edwardian Villa, in North West London. Redesigning and converting the existing kitchen, shower room, and conservatory into one 45sq metre open plan kitchen and dining room, with a 9m skylight, allowing a lot of natural light to filter in.

Caroline designed and saw the building through of an empty attic space, into a self contained flat, allowing the property owner to rent out through airbnb.

The previous owner had lived in the property for 50 years, where the house was left untouched, meaning with the house needed rewiring and redecoration throughout.
